Jessica Sohmer is a proud dance mom living in Cincinnati, OH. When her young son Ryan wanted to take dance classes, she didn't know how to navigate the dance world for a boy in the Midwest, where sports are the traditional chosen activity for boys. Ultimately, Ryan not only found his way into dance, but also inspired other boys to follw his lead and showed that dance is not just for girls (or green monkeys).
